As we’re always striving to improve Phoenix Asbestos Software, our latest update brings you three completely reworked, more advanced project dashboards to make them more useful in real-world scenarios.

We break them all down for you below, including the highly detailed insights each dashboard shows, the benefits surrounding this level of analysis, and other key improvements our team has released as part of this update.

New Asbestos Company, Operative & Project Dashboards: A Full Breakdown

The latest update to our asbestos site management software now gives you three distinct dashboard views, including a:

1. Full/Company Dashboard: Your asbestos removal team’s fully customisable, company-wide view of all operatives, projects, materials and more.

2. Operative Dashboard: A way to break down individual operative exposure and air monitoring data based on particular projects and materials.

3. Project Dashboard: Interactive charts that give highly detailed insights into what’s happening on a specific project – the more you break it down, by project, exposure type, work area and more, the more information you’ll uncover.

What are the Benefits of Our New Company, Operative & Project Dashboards?

– Simplified Asbestos Reports: Form project completion packs – including a plan of work, risk assessments, air test results and more – in half the time, with 60% less post-project admin.

– Sampling Method Evaluation: As outlined in ARCA’s Guidance for Personal Air Monitoring, many licensed contractors may be using sampling strategies that do not reflect a representative sample of their work, and therefore cannot demonstrate effective performance. Why not save time and money by raising health and safety standards with Phoenix? Our new dashboards allow you to break down exposure data on a company-wide, project, operative and material-specific basis – allowing your team to evaluate sampling methods in high detail and keep all operatives safe.

– Real-Time Project Data: No more double-handling exposure hours, paperwork taking priority over time spent on-site, or physical asbestos documents becoming outdated. The highly detailed insights you see across all three dashboards are automatically fed with data directly from your on-site operatives, in real-time. If your site team doesn’t have an internet connection, Phoenix will save the data for you until one becomes available.

Other Key Improvements From This Update

Based on your day-to-day usage of Phoenix, we’ve also implemented the following improvements to our asbestos software as part of this update:

– Your Workflow, Your ACM Lists: Beforehand, material lists in our asbestos software were fixed. But now, you can shape them around your business’ needs. Add new materials, adjust naming and hide anything that isn’t relevant to you anymore. Materials are also now grouped into categories, which feeds directly into the dashboards and gives you a much clearer picture when reviewing exposure data.

– More Flexibility with On-Site Photos: When uploading photographic evidence, you can now choose between taking a live photo or selecting one from your camera roll. Our next update will allow you to retake photos too.

– More Meaningful Exposure Insights: Good news for supervisors! We’ve expanded our exposure task list, giving you more options to choose from – which means better data and more meaningful insights.

– Fully Integrated Toolbox Talks: In the desktop version of our asbestos software, you can now upload and manage your toolbox talks and update or archive them as needed.
