Our brand-new Certificate of Completion (or COC for short) feature can be used for all types of asbestos removal projects, but has been primarily designed to meet the unique demands of social housing works. Here are the key highlights at a glance:
– Take up to 6 pictures before the works commence.
– Take up to 6 pictures after the project is completed.
– Includes a dedicated sign-off area/report upon document completion.
What are the Benefits of Certificate of Completion?
– Liability Protection: Offers protection for the asbestos removal contractor and client by showing photographic evidence before/after the project takes place and serving as official proof/documentation of safe removal.
– Reliable Audit Trail:Before and after images form part of a comprehensive, reliable audit trail for the building.
