Mesothelioma UK Ladies’ Lunch
When: 7th March 2025
Where: Manchester Marriot Victoria and Albert Hotel, Manchester, M3 4JQ
Held on International Women’s Day, the Mesothelioma UK Ladies’ Lunch is an annual event that celebrates the organisation’s ‘Accelerate Action’ movement in order to support gender equality, while raising funds for the charity. Activities include a three-course meal, inspiring speakers from across the asbestos, construction and safety sectors, as well as a raffle.

Health & Wellbeing at Work
When: 11th – 12th March 2025
Where: NEC Birmingham
An event committed to driving forward important changes within workplace health, wellbeing, culture and safety, Health & Wellbeing at Work is a two-day event featuring eight conference streams and over 150 talks. These streams and talks promise to divulge evidence-based knowledge that is designed to support employee’s health and wellbeing in the asbestos and construction industries.

FAAM Asbestos 2025 Conference
When: 14th – 15th May 2025
Where: Birmingham Conference & Events Centre (BCEC), Birmingham, B5 4EW
Organised alongside the BOHS and the Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management, this year will be the eighth FAAM Asbestos Conference. Certainly one of the highlights of 2025’s asbestos calendar, this event provides a space for researchers, academics, practitioners and regulators to collaborate. This will happen via informative talks and technical presentations that cover a wide range of scientific topics with reference to the assessment, control and management of asbestos.

Health and Safety Matters Live
When: 4th June 2025
Where: The Coventry Building Society Arena, Coventry
A fairly new, free-to-attend event, Health and Safety Matters Live is a health and safety conference designed to encourage networking amongst key names in the asbestos industry, as well as attendance of CPD-accredited seminars and other important sessions. The event will be held across Scotland and Coventry, with the inaugural conference having been held in November 2024 in Edinburgh.

ARCA National Golf Day 2025
When: 10th June 2025
Where: Belfry Hotel & Resort
Held annually by ARCA, this year’s National Golf Day will give attendees the opportunity to play the Brabazon course at the spiritual home of the Ryder Cup. This prestigious event promises the chance to experience golf at its finest, stepping foot onto a world-famous course that has challenged some of the greatest golf players in the world!

TICA ACAD Summer Social Event
When: 12th June 2025
Where: The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon
One of the summer’s leading social events, the TICA ACAD Summer Social promises a day of networking, entertainment and relaxation in the stunning setting of Stratford Upon Avon’s historic Welcombe Hotel. There will be more details to follow soon, but so far, TICA ACAD has announced there will be an 18-hole golf course and a barbecue!

OH2025: The Workplace Health Protection Conference
When: 17th – 19th June 2025
Where: Hilton Newcastle Gateshead
Set to offer a bigger and more innovative conference than ever, the British Occupational Health Society will take place over three days, with additional professional development courses on 16th June 2025. During these courses, attendees can expect talks, workshops and themed sessions, as well as networking and social opportunities with inspiring health and safety speakers.

Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live (South)
When: 18th – 19th June 2025
Where: Olympia, London
Split into two separate events held in the North and South of England – Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live both follow a similar structure, featuring technical sessions delivered by key industry and regulatory experts, panel debates and networking opportunities. This year, the Southern event will be held in Olympia, promising over 200 exhibitors and 100 speakers.

Contamination and Land Remediation Expo

Where: NEC, Birmingham
The Contamination and Land Remediation Expo event is now part of the ESS Expo, which has formed a large umbrella event that gathers experts from energy and air quality, to recycling and contamination. Networking, collaboration, discussions, workshops and expert panels can all be expected.

Now part of Anticipate London, the Safety & Health Expo event will feature linked conferences that cover everything from facilities and safety, to fire and information security.
