What is Multiple RAMS & how does it work?
Launching this week, our brand-new Multiple RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) feature will allow asbestos removal companies to create reliable audit trails for their projects. Here’s how:
– Allocate multiple plans of works to one project: Before, only one plan of works could be allocated to a project. Now, Multiple RAMS allows site teams to allocate & sign however many versions they need to as the project develops.
– Ensure all site members are signed up to the various RAMS documents: Each member of the team can sign the RAMS in-app to demonstrate compliance to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) contractor during their on-site visit.
– Record documentation amendments: A new ‘Amendments’ section will be introduced, allowing the site supervisor to make small adjustments to project RAMS in the app. These changes can then be signed off by the supervisor and counter-signed by another member of management.
