In terms of the desktop version of the app, this piece of software is broken down into the following areas: Projects, Employees, Equipment and Dashboards. From this desktop area, your team can manage and monitor your site activities from the start of their project, all the way until completion. A project in Phoenix Asbestos Software can be set-up in five easy-to-follow steps:
1) Set up your project using the easy-to-navigate dashboard system.
2) Ask your site team to download the project information.
3) Fill out forms and upload images of on-site activities during the project.
4) Once the project is complete and has been uploaded to the app, an enclosure/work area report will automatically be written for your team to proof-read and quality-check, and can be sent to the client by administration at the push of a button!
5) Operative activities and project logs will also be automatically updated, to show the extent of which each team member was involved. This is especially important for tracking employee exposure levels, which is facilitated by the personal air monitoring feature.
